Sports TV Network Media Coordinator
The media coordinator works to assist the media strategy team with the execution of media plans, plans and allocates franchise media, and provides post-mortem promotional summaries. The coordinator is also a day-to-day resource for brand management and helps answer questions that arise regarding on- and off-channel media plans. The coordinator will also provide administrative support to the group in the form of scheduling meetings and obtaining conference room space.
Daily/Ongoing Duties
• Assist in the development of media briefs
• Distribute media plans, including their updates and revisions, to brand teams and be sure to follow-up with them regarding delivery
• Liaise between brand teams, Creative Services and agencies to communicate specs, obtain delivery details and assist in the trafficking process
• Constantly communicate with agencies, answering immediate questions to help produce the most effective and efficient media plans
• Assist in developing purchase order numbers, processing invoices and managing the budget
As Needed Duties
• Schedule meetings
• Obtain ratings reports from research
• Compile post-mortem reports for campaigns
